Fort Trumbull, New London, CT
The Northeast Topographical Engineers have spent a great deal of time over the last several years, building displays for rooms in the interior of Fort Trumbull. They have also donated many models, drawings, and furniture to enhance the displays.

Fort Adams, Newport, Rhode Island
There are many facets to NEWPORT. In addition to the mansions, sailing history, and Naval War College, one might want to visit Fort Adams. Each year there is a Civil War reenactment.
Comprehensive tours are offered by fort personnel as well.
